By accessing and using CricIntelligence ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CricIntelligence provides AI-generated cricket match predictions, win probability estimates, score projections and player analysis. All predictions are generated by machine learning models and are probabilistic in nature — they represent statistical likelihoods, not guaranteed outcomes.

3. Predictions Disclaimer

All predictions, probabilities and forecasts provided by CricIntelligence are:

• Generated by automated machine learning models, not human experts
• Based on historical data and current match conditions, which may be incomplete or delayed
• Subject to change as match conditions evolve
• Not guaranteed to be accurate — cricket is inherently unpredictable
• For entertainment and informational purposes only

CricIntelligence accepts no responsibility for any financial loss, betting decisions, or other consequences arising from use of our predictions.

4. Responsible Gambling

CricIntelligence does not operate as a betting service and does not accept bets. If you use our predictions to inform gambling decisions, please be aware:

• Gambling can be addictive and harmful
• Never gamble more than you can afford to lose

5. Intellectual Property

The CricIntelligence platform, including its machine learning models, prediction algorithms, interface design and original content, is the intellectual property of CricIntelligence. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Cricket match data is sourced from Cricbuzz and remains the property of their respective rights holders.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer or systematically extract our prediction data
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
• Misrepresent CricIntelligence predictions as guaranteed outcomes

7. Limitation of Liability

CricIntelligence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CricIntelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
